CheMogul LLC (“CheMogul,” “Company,” “we,” us” or “our”)respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time,the “Privacy Policy”).


This Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into the Company’s General Website Terms and Conditions, available at [www.chemogul.com/termsandconditions] (as amended from time to time, the “Terms and Conditions”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions.  


This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the www.chemogul.com website (together with any subdomains, applications and other products or services offered by the Company, the “Site”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.


Application


This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on or through the Site, any other website, mobile site, mobile applications or services operated or offered by the Company or from e-mail,text and other electronic messages between you and the Company, the Site or other users of the Site, including, without limitation pursuant to a Supplier Agreement.


This Privacy Policy also applies to information collected by the Company through any offline services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information collected by any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the Site, and you should familiarize yourself with all such third party privacy policies prior to using the Site.


Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Site in any capacity, whether as a Supplier, Manufacturer, Customer or in any other capacity. Any such Suppliers, Manufacturers, Customers or other users of the Site in any capacity are collectively referred to herein as “you” and/or “users.” If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, your choice is not to use the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time and without notice. Your continued use of the Site after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates. 


Children under the Age of 13


The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one underage 13 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under age 13. Accessing and Correcting Your Information 


You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Site and changing the applicable Personal Information on your user account or profile page.


We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. At times, we may not be able to delete your user account at all. We may not accommodate a request to delete a user account, or any information contained in a user account, if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause any related information to be incorrect.


You may not, from time to time, be able to delete your User Generated Content. If you are able to delete your User Generated Content from the Site and chose to do so, copies of your User Generated Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. Proper access, use and ownership of information provided on the Site, including User Generated Content, is governed by our Terms and Conditions. 


Your California Privacy Rights 


California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We Store Information in the United States


Information we maintain will be stored within the United States. By using and accessing the Site, residents and citizens of countries and jurisdictions outside of the United States agree and consent to the transfer to and processing of Personal Information on servers located in the United States, and that the protection of such information maybe different than required under the laws of your residence or location. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States.
